Getting Started with Titiler: A Beginner’s Quickstart Guide

Hi All,

I've put together a Getting Started with Titiler guide that I think could help new users navigate the project more easily. Having worked with Titiler for some time now, I'm also happy to create documentation on related topics. This is the first version, and eager to hear any feedback or suggestions from the community.

I'm also excited about the possibility of contributing this guide to the official Titiler documentation.
