Hello World Arm & RISC-V QEMU xPack templates indefinite hanging

Summary

I am following this guide and hangs on the last step of creating a project

Steps to replicate

After all initial project configuration indicated by section Create a new C++ project, my system hangs here:

Upon closer inspection, the command being executed is the following:

/usr/bin/zsh -i -c xpm init --template @micro-os-plus/[email protected] --property target=cortex-m7f --property language=cpp --property buildGenerator=cmake

Executing this command results in the following error:

error: Missing mandatory command.

The xPack project manager command line tool
Usage: xpm <command> [<subcommand>...] [<options> ...] [<args>...]

where <command> is one of:
  init, install, link, list, run, uninstall
...

A working alternative is enclosing the command in single quotes:

/usr/bin/zsh -i -c 'xpm init --template @micro-os-plus/[email protected] --property target=cortex-m7f --property language=cpp --property buildGenerator=cmake'

Are you using Linux and you start Eclipse manually from a terminal?
