Changes and problems have also been impacted, but I think every object with a "Tickets" tab is currently broken.
I suspect the very old PR (one of the first for 11.0) implementing recurrent tickets broke things here.

Apart from fixing the items_tickets relation, I think the User relation may be a specific method rather than relying on the Items code.
