Bug description

The field for the language in notification templates does not show the currently selected language and also the option for "Default translation" is missing.

When saving the template, it will select the first option in the list automatically.

Steps To reproduce

1. Create notification template
2. Select language (for example English)
3. Save the template
4. Open the just created language
5. Language field is now empty
6. Saving again sets the language to the first option of the field
