问题：有什么好的Git 工作流

在 VScode 的时候，有比较丰富的插件，可视化界面比较好。比如

1. 能够直接在某一个commit 上右键 cherry-pick
2. 还有解决冲突的时候，一个个冲突的合并也非常直观。
3. 浏览git历史记录，分支情况
4. commit 标准化
   那么在nvim中有什么比较好的方式完成上面的几种效果么？

我现在cherry-pick之类复杂命令，用的是命令行下的可视化的 lazygit，功能非常强大。

解决冲突好像我没啥好方法，编辑文本，配合手敲命令。
