It would be nice to use neural nets to dub subtitles. Yandex has a neural network that translates videos from the same Youtube and immediately dubs them, with quite good voices. Microsoft has very artificial voices.
I hope it will be possible to dub with more pleasant voices.
I am very grateful to the author of the project. This is the best player for courses and lessons.

I am not quite sure what you want to achieve, but do you want to translate whatever language into your native language and have it speak in your native(translated) language?
I feel that it is not well suited for language learning purposes.

Since this is a language learning application, I'm considering implementing a source language text-to-speech first.
This should be easy to achieve since the Windows API can be used. I don't know about quality, though.

Right-clicking on a subtitle in Language Reactor will pronounce that sentence from same audio, and I would like to implement this feature as well first.
