Driver copyright rule

I'm writing a new driver and for the skeleton code I basically went around in Zephyr's tree and made a little mix of other drivers that had a workflow similar to mine.

• Do I take all of the drivers I took the skeleton from and append their copyright section to mine?
• Can I just Copyright The Zephyr Project Contributors and be done with it?
