📘 Description
This PR configures dynamic versioning for the agentops package by leveraging the hatch-vcs plugin in the pyproject.toml. The version is now inferred from the latest checked-out Git tag using semantic versioning conventions. This ensures that the package version is automatically updated based on the VCS tag, streamlining version management
