Add missing parameter for IgniteEntity used in Synergy.
These are only the Linux signatures updated to use the name format. Note, I do not have the updated Windows signatures at the moment.

Update IgniteEntity function for an added parameter for Synergy.
Updated Linux SDKTools gamedata signatures to use the named format. Note that I don't have the latest Windows signatures.
