These pages were moved/changed in #15983, #16037 and #16186.

I think that instead of removing pages.ar/linux/rm.md, we should move it to pages.ar/common/rm.md.

Thanks, however, I'll redocument pages.ar/linux/uname.md because it's outdated compared to the English page.
